Precipitated Silica Grade-- AB-MB-9 & ABSIL-100(I), for PE Master Batches

  • Can replace minerals/ fillers in plastic master batches providing good antiblocking effect.
  • The RI of synthetic precipitated silica is closer to the polymer matrix and hence contribute to enhanced optical properties in films.
  • Used as a filler / antiblocking agent in PE master batches.

1. HIGH ANTI-BLOCKING EFFICACY: Reduces coefficient of friction between films given by designed microstructure of silica particles in terms of pore volume and surface area, gives micro-roughness to the surface and accessibility to air to enter between films to de-block the layers.

2. LOW HAZE: keeps the clarity and transparency of the film due to matching refractive index of the polymer

3. UNIFORM DISPERSIBILITY: Does not form agglomerates and disperses uniformly during polymer processing

4. MAINTAINS PHYSICAL PROPERTIES: Precipitated grade silica does not affect the mechanical properties of polymer at the recommended loading.

5. NON-TOXIC/SAFE: Amorphous grade silica, free from crystalline forms Low abrasivity for contact parts used in processing/extrusion.

PolySIL-MP45: Recommended for PP Film.( Target d50 ~5.0 microns).

PolySIL-MP43: Recommended For PET film/ BOPP film application. (Target d50 ~3.0 microns).

PolySIL-MP46: Recommended for PP Film (Target d50 ~5.8 microns}.

PolySIL-MP45 (E):Euracamide treated silica.  (Target d50 ~5.0 microns)

Precipitated Silica grade MFIL-300: Recommended for PP Film.( Target d50 ~5.0 microns).

Precipitated Silica grade AB-MB-9 & ABSIL-100(I): Recommended for PE Master Batches (Target d50 ~9.0 microns)
